For a business, closing for renovations is expensive. Every day the doors are shut is a day of lost sales, frustrated customers and staff without hours. That’s why so many business owners put off updates they know they need.
There’s a better way. Constructora Alcaraz offers night and weekend finish work for businesses and general contractors across Lagos de Moreno, Los Altos de Jalisco and the Bajío, so your space gets updated while you stay open.
How after-hours work runs
- We plan around your hours. Before we start, we map out your business hours, busiest days and any areas that must stay open. Then we build a work schedule that fits around them.
- We work in zones. Larger spaces are split into sections, so we can finish one area overnight while the rest of the business runs normally.
- We leave it ready to open. At the end of every shift, the area is cleaned up, furniture and fixtures are back in place, and nothing is left in your customers’ way.
- One point of contact. You always know who to call and what’s happening next.
Low dust, fully protected, left clean
Most of our finishes, including paint, Venetian plaster and thin natural stone veneer, create very little dust to begin with. Any cutting for tile, flooring or trim is done outside or in a contained area. Before we start, we cover floors, merchandise, furniture and equipment; when we leave, the space is cleaned and ready for your staff to open.
What we can do after hours
- Painting, including fast-drying, low-odor products where the space calls for it
- Flooring and tile, planned in sections so traffic can keep moving, including epoxy floors
- Finish carpentry, trim and repairs
- Accent and feature walls in Venetian plaster, natural stone or architectural concrete
Who it’s for
- Restaurants that can’t afford to close on a weekend
- Retail stores that need to stay open during business hours
- Offices and clinics that want work done when staff and patients aren’t there
- General contractors working in occupied buildings or racing a tight turnover
Why it works with one company
After-hours work only succeeds if every trade shows up in the right order on the right night. Because Constructora Alcaraz handles every finish trade under one roof, we control the sequence. No waiting on another sub who only works days.
We’ve spent more than 40 years in residential and commercial construction. We know that respecting a client’s business is just as important as the quality of the finish. Read also: Clean, Quiet and Open for Business.
