Industrial floors and construction built to last
We install resinous floor systems for plants, businesses and homes, and we build, remodel and finish projects across the Bajío and Los Altos de Jalisco.
Services
Resinous floors
Epoxy, urethane cement, epoxy mortar, self-leveling and decorative systems for industrial, commercial and residential spaces.
Home building
New residential construction, from foundation to finishes.
Remodels
Kitchens, bathrooms, additions and commercial spaces.
Finishes
Flooring, wall finishes and final details.
Industrial floors
We prepare the concrete by mechanical grinding, repair cracks and joints, and apply the right system for the traffic, chemicals and cleaning each area sees. We can work during plant shutdowns and weekends.
| System | Best for |
|---|---|
| Epoxy paint / thin coat | Light-traffic storage and warehouses |
| Multi-coat broadcast epoxy | Forklift aisles, assembly lines, workshops |
| Self-leveling epoxy, 2–3 mm | Electronics, pharma, labs |
| Epoxy mortar, 6 mm | Heavy impact and heavy loads |
| Urethane cement | Food, beverage, hot water and steam |
How we work
- Site visit and concrete check.
- Written proposal with system and price per m².
- Prep and installation.
- Handover and maintenance guidance.
