When you hire a commercial finishes contractor, you’re trusting them with your schedule, your budget and your customers’ first impression. Hotels and resorts: whole-building rehabs
Hospitality is where our experience runs deepest. We’ve rehabbed hotels and motels from top to bottom, exterior and interior, including:
- Guest rooms and suites
- Lobbies, front desks and corridors
- Restaurants, bars and meeting spaces
- Pool areas, fitness rooms and back-of-house spaces
- Building exteriors
Hotel work comes with a challenge most contractors never face: the building usually stays open. Guests are checking in, housekeeping is running and the restaurant is serving. We plan around occupancy, work floor by floor and room by room, protect every area we touch, and keep noise and dust to a minimum so guests stay happy.
Hospitality clients include Hilton, Sheraton, Westin, Motel 6, Pronghorn Resort, Sunriver Resort, Eagle Crest, Black Butte Ranch, Mt. Bachelor and Mt. Hood ski resorts, Ka-Nee-Ta Resort, Spirit Mountain Casino, Cabo Villas Resort, Las Palmas and the Grupo Posadas.
The same work in Mexico and the U.S.
Our founding partner spent many years in Mexico training local personnel and delivering the same kind of full commercial rehab: hotels, restaurants and retail spaces, updated inside and out. Working in resort towns where hotels and restaurants rarely close taught us how to renovate around guests and customers, keep spaces clean, and still deliver high-end finishes like Venetian plaster and architectural concrete.
Retail and grocery
Retail runs on deadlines: grand openings, seasonal resets and tight turnovers. We’ve completed finish work for Safeway, Albertsons, Fred Meyer, Petco, J.Crew Outlet, Polo Outlets, Gucci Outlet, Old Navy, Kay Jewelers, Samuel Jewelers, U.S. Rental, AM/PM, 7-Eleven and Chevron. For stores that stay open during a refresh, we work evenings and on closed days, so they never lose a sale.
Restaurants
Restaurants can’t afford a dirty, dusty dining room or a missed day of sales. Our restaurant work includes remodels for Taco Bell, Popeyes, Burger King, Smashburger, A&W and Dunkin’. We work after hours, protect kitchens and dining areas, and leave the space clean and ready for the morning crew.
Government and military
Government projects demand strict schedules, documentation and security. This work includes the U.S. Air Force Academy, Fort Carson, U.S. Fish & Wildlife and the Department of Transportation.
Medical, dental and office
Medical and dental facilities need clean, quiet work around patients and staff. We’ve completed finishes for medical offices, including a Humana medical office, and dental practices, as well as professional offices.
What every one of these jobs had in common
Different buildings, same promise: one company for every finish.
